Open Arms Early Learning Center is a Christian ministry of Rivercliff Lutheran Church that offers exceptional childcare development programs for children ages six weeks through 11 years. Our programs include full-time and part-time, after school, and Parents Morning Out. Open Arms provides Christ-centered academically excellent education and childcare programs in safe, secure and nurturing environment.
